We went to St Lucia in November 2014. Jon very cleverly had won flights from BA but we paid for the hotels and decided to make a ten day trip of it. We first stayed a week in an all inclusive resort on one side of the island and then spent three nights in a tiny rain forest resort for the last bit of the trip. We visited the Hotel Chocolat restaurant and did their Bean to Bar tour which was fascinating and showed how hard grinding the beans to make the chocolate is to do by hand.

We particularly enjoyed the trip to the volcanic mud baths.. they were super hot but it was a lot of fun. Definitely not good for white swimsuit wearers.. as everything gets rather muddy.
